Collaboration
Mt Moriac Olives is the founding associate partner of Geelong Region Olives. GRO lease our grove, maintain our trees, harvest our fruit, produce our oil and help us sell and market our products under our brand on a sustainable economic model.

Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is tested against the toughest standard in the world and we pass every time. Look for this symbol as proof of quality and authenticity on any package of Extra Virgin Olive Oil you are looking to purchase to have confidence that it is what it says it is.
Affordable Every Day
We endorse the Australian Olive Associations message that fresh Australian EVO Oil should be consumed everyday. It therefore needs to be affordable. At Mt Moriac Olives, we have an unrelenting focus on efficiency and productivity so we can produce great quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil at an affordable price.
Fresh
Our fruit is harvested when the oil is at its optimum and then quickly dispatched to the processing plant. We receive our Fresh Extra Virgin Olive Oil back again within hours of processing and transfer it to our settling tanks immediately. We let it settle for weeks before packaging in small batch runs. By letting the oil settle we are maximising shelf life. We avoid any filtering; in particular through processed cotton to ensure the integrity of this natural food.
